Since Monday VIP UK (VIP-Computers.co.uk) has been having network issues, and they are urging customers contact them via a temporary e-mail address. Below is what they have to say:-

"Unfortunately as of yesterday VIP UK has been experiencing some network issues. We are unable to receive inbound emails or access our phone systems.
