As a builder, I have been placed into some situations where the customer would not budge on their budget. No, not a penny more. This is when I have to put parts in that are not as expensive as the ones I normally recommend. So, am I doing a disservice by using value RAM to make a sale? Today we are having an inside look at how value memory by AFox performs under the same workload as some of its competitors which sport fancy heat-sinks, RGB etc. We will find out in this review if value really is value after all.

The packaging is minimalist, but it's OK. It has a hanger, and the insert looks good. There is not much inside but again, we really don't need a lot of stickers and things. We just want the memory.
As you can see, there was not a lot of difference in the performance of the top end RAM and the AFox RAM. Surprisingly the RAM that had heat-sinks on it, actually retained heat and therefore, ran hotter. So, in conclusion, for a general setup, nothing over the top, I would feel very comfortable building with this RAM. I have built with it before and will do again.
Pros and Cons:
+Even without a heatsink it looks decent.
+Performance
+Nice minimalist packaging
+Hanger on the package
+Price
+Value For Money!
With that being said, I give it Recommended.
