Makes sense. Ik denk dat ik dan toch voor de Arctic P14 Max ga. Als iemand nog andere fan-aanbevelingen heeft die stil en krachtig zijn, laat het weten. Misschien handig om ook te vergelijken met Noctua of be quiet! voor we definitief kiezen.

FPS blijft bij mij gewoon stabieler, vooral in langere sessies. Laadtijden hebben er weinig mee te maken, dat is meer een SSD-ding. Maar ik merk ook dat mijn pc stiller blijft omdat de fans niet constant op volle toeren hoeven te draaien.

Oké, maar even eerlijk: gaan we het alleen over fans hebben of ook over hoe dat invloed heeft op gaming? Want sinds ik betere koeling heb, merk ik dat mijn GPU ook langer z’n boost clocks vasthoudt. Oh, en voor de mensen die naast gamen ook andere dingen leuk vinden… ik heb laatst een site ontdekt waar je ook leuke mini-games en casino stuff kunt vinden, gewoon even bekijk als je pauze wilt tussen potjes door.

Geluid valt heel erg mee. Op lage RPM hoor je hem amper, en op max hoor je wel wat, maar dan zit je waarschijnlijk toch met je headset op te gamen. Het grootste verschil zit echt in de airflow, zeker als je games speelt zoals Cyberpunk 2077 of Starfield op ultra settings – je merkt dat de temperatuur stabieler blijft.
