Gigabyte today announced that it will be unveiling the UK’s first trade showing Nvidia RTX graphics card at this year’s Target Open Day on Friday 21st September.
The new Nvidia RTX graphics lineup of RTX2070, RTX2080 and RTX2080Ti, announced by Nvidia four weeks ago, is already in high demand despite there being no official stock in the channel yet. This is the first time resellers will get to see the RTX ‘in the flesh’.
Gigabyte’s UK Channel Manager for Gaming Products, Adam Whitworth, said “We have chosen to have the first showing of the latest flagship graphics card at the Target Open Day because of the breadth of resellers attending. It’s the biggest trade-only event of the year and we wanted to get in front of as many enthusiast resellers as possible. We’re looking forward to showing the new Nvidia RTX graphics and discussing pre-orders with customers”.
Gigabyte are also running a competition to celebrate Target’s appointment as an Official Gigabyte System Builder in recognition of its quality of builds and dedication to customer service. Anyone attending the Open Day who signs up for, or is already using In-Store PC Builder in their shop, has the chance to win a bespoke shop dress from Gigabyte. Target will also be displaying a number of custom and off-the-shelf PCs featuring Gigabyte components on the day.
Target’s Open Day takes place on Friday 21st September in Bradford. With over 300 attendees already confirmed, this year is set to be the biggest to date. Registration is still open for IT resellers, system integrators, etailers and VARS.
