Exploring Spire Technology: An Exclusive Look Behind the Scenes with Tech for Techs
Recently, we had the privilege of stepping inside the world of Spire Technology, nestled in the picturesque Dorset Countryside. Guided by Mike, the Sales & Purchasing Director, this marked our second visit to Spire.
With each visit, we've been charmed by the hospitality and warmth of the Dorset staff. This time, we had the pleasure of meeting for the first time Andi & Paul from the sales team, Stuart from product management, and Sonny, the Head of Marketing, who was unavailable during our initial visit. The camaraderie among the staff was evident, creating a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, reflected in their impressive staff retention rate of nine years on average.
We also had the opportunity to chat with Nathan, who will be taking over as Tech for Techs' account manager on September 22nd, bidding farewell to Ben and wishing him success in his future endeavours. Nathan will soon be introduced to TFT members.
While we've explored the warehouse and build room on previous visits, it was a pleasure to have another brief tour of the operations. During our first visit, Jamie from the build room explained their computer assembly and testing procedures, which left a lasting impression.
It's worth noting that our visit coincided with a casual dress day, in which most of the staff participated. Additionally, Spire Technology is in the process of a building renovation, and we eagerly anticipate the results. The Spire Team graciously treated us to lunch, providing an opportunity for engaging conversations about vendors and the upcoming Tech MAX event.
Overall, our visit left us thoroughly satisfied, as we always feel welcomed by the Spire team. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the entire Spire team for their warm hospitality, leaving us with a deeper appreciation of the company.
