Tenda UK Limited Faces Winding Up Petition from Creditor

On 23 February 2023, VIP Computer Centre Limited, a creditor of Tenda UK Limited, presented a petition to wind up the company. The petition will be heard on 18 April 2023 at the Liverpool District Registry.

Tenda UK Limited is registered under the company number 10943953 and is located at R/O 2nd Floor, 16 Nicholas Street, Manchester, M1 4EJ. The hearing will take place at 35 Vernon Street, Liverpool, L2 2BX, starting at 10:30 AM, or as soon thereafter as the petition can be heard.

According to the notice, any person intending to appear on the hearing of the petition, whether to support or oppose it, must give notice of their intention to do so to the petitioner or their solicitor by 16:00 hours on 17 April 2023 in accordance with Rule 4.16.

The petitioner's solicitor is Brabners LLP, represented by Kerry Davies, located at Horton House, Exchange Flags, Liverpool, L2 3YL, reference KED/98245.7.

The winding up petition is issued under the Insolvency Act 1986, and if successful, will result in Tenda UK Limited's assets being sold to pay off its debts. This would ultimately lead to the closure of the company and the termination of all its employees.

The notice serves as a warning for Tenda UK Limited to resolve its outstanding debts with its creditors before the hearing, or risk facing a winding up order. It remains to be seen what steps Tenda UK Limited will take to address this issue, and whether the petition will be successful. Official information https://www.thegazette.co.uk/notice/4309623
